We sent poor old @mattyfwhite (he has a tough life) to the new @11centralmcr bar at Salford Quays, home to both the Seven Brothers brewery and Four Sisters distillery, to take a deep dive into the most quintessential of British boozes.
There, under the tutelage of Emma Dillon, Fours Sisters’ head of gin experiences, he got schooled on how to taste gin (straight up is highly recommended), what makes a London gin a London gin, how to mix a G&T properly - quantities are key - and what to mix it with.
