Some quick handheld video by Peter Moseley of myself running my Allen Models Chloe for the first time. This project was about 3 years in the making. This engine is based on Ward Kimball's 'Chloe' named after his daughter, and now housed at the Orange Empire Railroad Museum. The prototype started out as an 0-4-0T named "Pokaa", acquired at the same time as Gerald Best's Olomana. Ward converted it to an 0-4-2RT and back-dated the look to the 1800's. Ours is not a copy of the original, it has various different stylings and colors based on what was available. The plans and castings for this model are available from Allen Models of Michigan, formerly Allen Models of Goleta, CA.
