Hi friend - here's the breakfast prep for each day of the five days of the Fasting Mimicking Diet DIY. Though this meal is designed specifically for this fast, it's a great breakfast to have on any day for a strong, nutrient-dense way to power through what life throws at you.

We've got the cooling cucumbers (please add a sprinkle of salt - it's a game changer!). The crunch and texture is so refreshing especially in the morning after hours of sleep and dehydration.
We've got walnuts - great for brain health along with potentially hundreds or *thousands* of other benefits (due to the trillions of chemical reactions these healthy phytonutrient compounds have with our trillions of cells). The flavor combo of these rich walnuts adds a decadence to this overall plate!
We've got luscious avocado - rich in healthy fats and let's be real, the best part of this plate. What's better than avo with a hint of salt to bring out that incredible flavor.
Finally, we've got our carrots - crunchy, refreshing, and sweet. I like to reserve these as the last part of my breakfast to munch on while I enjoy the rest of my coffee and get going with my work day.
This breakfast has a total of 202 calories - ie. ENERGY - and is loaded with healthy fats.

FAT 16.4 grams (monounsaturated 8.4 g; polyunsaturated 4.3 g; Omega-3 0.6 grams or more than half of our approximate daily needs; Omega-6 3.7 g; saturated 2.1 g; trans-fat 0 g)

PROTEIN 3.3 grams
VITAMINS all essential vitamins included (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, folate, vitamin A, C, E, K) between 11 to 51% of our approximate daily needs except B12 (take a supplement) and D (get some sunshine).
MINERALS all essential minerals included (calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, potassium, selenium, sodium, zinc) between 2 to 35% of our approximate daily needs.
