A PSA/DNA encapsulated First Day of Issue, postmarked 23 Feb 1960 commemorating the visit of President Dwight D. Eisenhower to Brasil in 1960, nicely hand signed by the then first lady, Mamie Doud Eisenhower, in black fountain pen ink. In excellent condition.
