* 4,6 kg Goose
* 2 Apple (diced)
* 4 Chilli
* 1 Large Seasoning Cube ( 2 Small)
* 1 bulb Garlic
* 1 Onion
* Salt
* Thyme (fresh)
* Rosemary (fresh)
* Black Pepper
Let it be in the we’ll Seasoned hot Water for One Hour
Oven 180 Centigrade for 1 hour and 45 minutes to 2 Hours
