7.28c addresses the more broken heroes in the current meta. I suspect the pool of "meta" heroes should open up now and a lot more heroes will be considered viable. In particular:
- Heroes that were bad against summons
- Heroes that were bad against Batrider
- Heroes that were bad against Nyx (Damage over time, channelers)
- You might also need to pick more active pos 4's
