These Easter sugar cookie bars are SO delicious and so easy to make! Perfect for your Easter brunch-super fast and an affordable option to make for a lot of people.
What you will need:
-pre made sugar cookie dough or sugar cookie mix(I used Betty Crocker)
• Vanilla frosting (I used Pillsbury bc that’s what I had on hand but use whatever you like)
• m&ms For carrot top
Bake at 350 for 12-14 minutes or whatever your sugar cookie dough pack or recipe says
Wait for cookie bars to cool completely before you add frosting. Once cooled frost cookie bars and add m&ms.
