Long COVID is characterized by physical and psychological symptoms that exist more than 12 weeks after contracting COVID-19. Importantly, Post COVID-19 condition is NOT COVID-19, as the virus is no longer detected in the body. However, many are still worried about their long-term health when facing a seemingly unending slew of issues. In this video, we will break down what Long COVID is, its symptoms and potential health complications, and ways of coping with and managing symptoms.
