The plastic recycling production line is specially prepared for various common plastics in daily life. For example, plastic films, food packaging bags, plastic boxes, etc., the common raw materials are PP and PE. The whole plastic recycling production line mainly includes plastic crusher, rinse tank, automatic feeder, dehydrator, pelletizer, cooling tank, pelletizer and storage box.
The most important equipment of this production line is the plastic granulator. Our plastic granulator is divided into 160 180 and so on according to the screw diameter. Our technical team will match and combine machines according to your output and actual situation.
For example, a plastic crushing and washing machine is matched with two plastic granulators, and the crushed plastic can be separated into different granulators, which is very suitable for customers with high output. Plastic pellet machines are usually two machines, the first machine is used to heat and melt the plastic, and the second machine heats and extrudes the plastic again. According to customer needs, we can also add another machine to heat the plastic three times and then extrude it.
