Yoga Nidra has been proved to reduce stress, tension and anxiety. On a physical level, Yoga Nidra slows down your heart rate and your breathing. That It unwinds your nervous system. Levels of ‘stress hormones’, such as adrenaline and cortisol also change. And it allows you to access layers of your subconscious mind with full awareness and clarity.
