Then the day took an unexpected turn when I got back to the van.

The van wouldn’t start I think it’s a bad lot of cooking oil fuel ⛽️
After struggling for signal and the aa being of no use whatsoever I called the local garage in Fort Augustus. went to the pub for 4 hrs sat outside ,had a nice meal , got chatting to other travellers and swapping stories with live music playing on the outside stage at the back ! Then rob a mate at the local garage luckily he had an operator going to Inverness to do a drop off so had an empty truck coming back and sent it via aviemore to collect me. Finally got home about 1 in the morning.
