As Invest 94-L pushes west-northwestward, chances of development (as of Friday morning) have gone down to 10% over the coming week. This is way down from the 60% chance the system had a few days ago. Water temperatures are plenty warm to support development, but the 94-L will likely encounter wind shear ahead of a frontal boundary south of Florida.
