CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS UPDATE IN AUGUST 2023
THE NEXT BIG-SCALE AMENITY AT THE GLOBAL CITY WILL SOON BE UNVEILED
After the topping-out milestone of the entire SOHO shophouse area, Masterise Homes team and partners have accelerated the architectural works, including block and facade works. Brickworks have reached 85% of progress, while wall plastering, lift installation, and facade fit-out are also being carried out constantly. Internal roads and green park inside the SOHO area are being implemented in parallel.
Besides the two opened amenities: the canal with musical fountain system and The Global City Sales Gallery cum lifestyle hub, The Global City township soon welcomes the next world-class amenities, promising to be a destination for outdoor leisure activities, and attracting a large number of citizens.
In addition, in August, The Global City has recorded two outstanding signing events:
* Expanding cooperation with many famous retail and F&B brands such as Mc. Donald's, PCM Group: includes food court system Glamourista and Merlion House, Wall Street English, King Crab,...
* Signed Modale - an exclusive distributor of branded furniture from Dolce & Gabbana Casa, Elie Saab Maison... and more than 35 other European brands.
