Beef Malai Handi
Ingredients:
Oil 1/2 cup
Onion (chopped) 1 cup
Green chilies (chopped) 2 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Shan Ginger Garlic Paste 1 ½ tbsp.
Beef boneless (cubes) 1200 g
Tomato puree 1 cup
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Cumin powder 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Hot water 1 cup
Yogurt 1 cup
Cream 1/2 cup
Green coriander (chopped) as required
Ginger (julienne) as required
Directions:
1. In a pot heat oil and add onion. Cook until translucent. Add green chilies, black pepper powder, Shan Ginger Garlic Paste and cook for a minute.
2. Add beef and cook until it changes color. Add tomato puree, red chili flakes, cumin powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, salt and cook for 5-10 mins.
3. Add hot water and mix it well. Cover and cook until fully done. now add yogurt and cook until oil separates. Add cream and mix it well.
4. Add green coriander, ginger for garnishing and serve. Your Beef Malai Handi is ready.
