Slightly wider stance than your typical swing. Hip Hinge and a snap up.
Let the sandbag push the hips back, don't hinge early. Then let the hips snap the sandbag forward, no the arms.
Got a good rhythm? Take it overhead. If you are used to a kettlebell or barbell overhead, that is the rest period. NOT with a sandbag! You gotta hold it up there, you got to RIP it Apart, otherwise...
