West Marine is the largest specialty retailer of boating supplies and accessories. They are opening their flagship store in Old Saybrook, which will be over 25,000 square feet.
On Thursday April 12 from 6:00 p.m. ? 9:00 p.m., West Marine will host the ?Cruising for a Cause? charity event supporting local marine-based non-profits, including Mystic Seaport, Sea-Legs, Inc., the Connecticut Marine Trades Association, the Pettipaug Yacht Club Sailing Academy, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and the Maritime Education Network. Tickets are $10.
