This video shows you one of the way to open ISO file (Using Winrar) for all windows version (WINDOWS 7, WINDOWS 8, WINDOWS 10, ETC). Winrar is a free software developed by Eugene Roshal of win.rar GmbH. It can create and view archives in RAR or ZIP file formats, and unpack numerous archive file formats (One of it is ISO file as shown in this video).

Steps:
1. Have Winrar install on your computer (Link above)
2. Right Click the ISO file and click "Extract files..."
3. Choose the folder you created and wait for the extraction process to complete
