A spicy and tangy dish that endeavors the flavors of perfectly marinated chicken skewers pierced along with cubed capsicum, onions and tomatoes grilled until crisp. It can be cooked in the form of gravy. But, tastes better when grilled on grill pan or on charcoal and served with garlic rice or fried rice.
The special sauce is a great combo of this shashlik sizzler.

Recipe
Vegetables :Capsicum, Tomato snd Onion cut into cubes.
For chicken marination :
Boneless Chicken 1 cup, cut into cubes
Garlic and Ginger paste 1 tbs
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper Crushed 1 tsp
Soya sauce 1 tbs
Chilli flakes 1 tsp
Vinegar 1 tsp
Cumin 1/2 tsp
Black seeds 1 pinch
Mix all well marinate for 30 minutes.
Then take shashlik sticks first dip them in the water then put vegetables and chicken on them.
Taka a grill pan put on low flame. Grease with oil. Then spread all the shashlik sticks on it. Brush with some oil on the sticks. Cook them on low flame. From all sides.
Enjoy with shashlik sauce or any like too.
