Nigerian President Goodluck Jonathan is set to visit the country this week on invitation from President Uhuru Kenyatta. According to Foreign Affairs Cabinet Secretary Ambassador Amina Mohamed, Goodluck who will be accompanied by a delegation from Nigeria will be in the country to promote bilateral relations between Kenya and Nigeria. According to Amina, the trade between the two countries has significantly dipped since 2008 and there is emerging need to ensure that trade between the two countries is re-ignited if Kenya is to benefit from the huge Nigerian market that has a population of about 170 million people
