I’ve personally had back acne for years and I am still at the healing stage because I started taking care very very late but it has definitely improved a lot as compared! Here are few things I’ve learned throughout the years ⬇️
1️⃣Shower ASAP after workout/sweating. Work outs can cause buildup of oil, dirt, and bacteria on your skin — all of which can lead to acne 🚿
2️⃣Use ingredients like salicylic acid, or benzoyl peroxide body wash and body lotion. Don’t feel lazy, consistency will give you good results!❤️
3️⃣Don’t leave hair care products on such as shampoo or conditioner while showering or simply don’t allow conditioner or shampoo to run down your back. Ingredients in these haircare products can clog pores which can lead to back acne 💯
