"The Night Train to Munich" is a 1940 British thriller film directed by Carol Reed.
When Nazi Germany invades Czechoslovakia, British Intelligence recruits Axel Bomasch (Rex Harrison), a Czech-born engineer, to rescue his fiancée, Anna Bomasch (Margaret Lockwood), who has been imprisoned by the Gestapo. Axel must pose as a Nazi officer and board the night train to Munich to rescue Anna and escape to England.
