This is her wonderful recipe for Sweet Potato Casserole
2 cups cooked sweet potatoes mashed or you can use a large can
1/2 cup butter, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla, 2 T. flour,
Directions: Preheat oven to 350, Melt butter and add to potatoes, add sugar and salt, add eggs, vanilla and flour. Mix thorougly and pour mixture into greased casserole.
Topping====1 cup chopped pecans, 1/3 cup flour, 1/3 cup melted butter, 1 cup brown sugar, Mix together and sprinkle over potato mixture.
Bake for 35 minutes.
