This is one of grandmother recipe, an authentic Hokkien style fried pork balls from Yong Chun.
We chop the pork belly fine and become minced pork belly, together with the ingredients the pork balls become so delicious and tasty!

Ingredients:
600g Pork Belly (Remove Skin, Minced)
7-8 Shallots (Chop finely)
6-7 Garlic Cloves (Minced)
80g Ground Turnip / Sengkuang /
Pachyrhizus erosus or water chestnut
(Chop finely and squeeze the water)
2 tbsp. oyster sauce
1.5 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 Egg
1 tbsp. Corn starch powder
3.5 tbsp All purpose Flour
Oil
Chili Sauce (For serving)
原料:
600g 五花肉(去皮,剁碎)
7-8 小葱(剁碎)
6-7 蒜瓣(磨碎/剁碎)
80g 沙葛 / 豆葛或马蹄
(剁碎,挤干水分)
2汤匙 蚝油
1.5茶匙 糖
1茶匙 盐
1颗 鸡蛋
1汤匙 玉米淀粉
3.5汤匙 通用面粉
油
辣椒酱(沾酱)
