A 28-year-old civil engineer was arrested on Saturday for allegedly flashing his genitals at a woman in a metro train earlier this week. The police said the accused has been identified and works at a private company in Gurgaon. The woman had narrated the incident on Twitter on Wednesday, saying a man flashed his genitals at her in a coach when she was travelling on the Yellow line, she also posted a picture of the man. An FIR was filed in the case claiming harassment and obscene behaviour by the man, following which the Delhi Commission For Women had issued notices to DMRC authorities and the Delhi police.
