This video presents an overview of applying risk minimization using the NIOSH Hierarchy of Controls to reduce risks most effectively. In order, the NIOSH hierarchy includes: elimination, substitution, engineering controls, administrative controls, and personal protective equipment. This is the fourth of six ACS videos designed for use in an introductory college chemistry course.
