Every day, Martiño Prada MATLM ’11 makes a direct connection between his Middlebury Institute degree and the work he does for Netflix. As part of the globalization team, he considers the Netflix user’s perspective and develops strategies for localizing content worldwide. He credits his student experience working with professors who are also accomplished professionals in the industry for helping him gain the necessary skills and hands-on expertise for such a key role in a growing industry.
