The closest fireworks were next door at Planet Hollywood. Being above their roof line meant I was above the firing line. Being this close, you physically felt each of the larger fireworks go off.

At the beginning of the video, you can hear the crowd on the strip start the New Year countdown. The fireworks continued to set off car alarms throughout the entire display.

I apologize for the constant auto-focus adjustments. Next time, I will set the camera to manual focus.
