Coco Mama Binignit Full Recipe
Ingredients:
2 packs 200mL Coco Mama Fresh Gata
1 cup water
¼ cup white sugar
½ cup gabi, peeled and cubed
½ cup orange kamote, peeled and cubed
½ cup ube, peeled and cubed
1 small saba banana, sliced
15 pieces glutinous rice balls or bilo-bilo
½ cup cooked white sago, landang
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Procedure:
- In medium size pot pour in 1 pack, 200ml Coco Mama Fresh Gata and water. Add in sugar and give it a stir. Place pot over medium high heat.
- Add gabi, kamote, ube and saba. Bring to a boil until tender.
- Turn heat into a simmer and drop in bilo-bilo one by one. Continue cooking for 10 to 15 minutes or until bilo-bilo begins to float.
- Add sago, landang, 1 pack, 200ml Coco Mama Fresh Gata and vanilla extract. Continue to cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until heated through. Serve immediately.
