Chung is a wizened warrior who apparently has a grudge against King Leo. He received his hat from "The Legendary Wolf" many years ago.
He wants to show the world that age has no meaning. He's out to teach anyone younger than him a lesson in manners and respect. His hat will fly off when he's angry.

Joker is the leader of the criminal organization, the Looly Po Po. A cruel lawbreaker who loves to get the public's attention with his actions, Joker sees King Lion's appearance diverting attention away from himself. He enters the tournament in hopes to regain that attention.
A demented psycho, Joker loves chaos and disorder. He enjoys making people suffer and thinks it all to be just a joke.
