"The Government's simply seeking to prop up fossil fuels by putting more money into carbon capture and storage, and it just doesn't match the ambition that we're seeing around the rest of the world. We can't wait till 2050. I'm afraid this is the decisive decade, and we've got nine years to sort of that otherwise we'll have runaway climate change,"
