These are just some basic balance exercises for seniors to help reduce the risk of falling. Once people get into their 60's, 70's, and 80's balance tends to become a large challenge.
I have many people on the regular who share with me how afraid they are of falling. Thankfully, there is something that can be done to ease this fear... practice!
Balance can be practiced 5-7x/week depending on your fitness levels and ultimately it will likely take a few months to see dramatic changes, hence why it's so important to make balance exercises a part of your life before you have a major fall.
