Perfect 10, a company that owns pictures of naked models, sued Google for using those images without permission. Google's search engine uses a robot to find and index webpages and images, and it also allows people to create blogs on its servers. Perfect 10 tried to get a court order to stop Google from using the images, but the court said no. The court ruled that Perfect 10 had to show that it would be really hurt if the court didn't order Google to stop, and Perfect 10 didn't do that.
