Finance Minister Nhlanhla Nene says despite trying economic circumstances, the South African Revenue Service did well to collect one-point-216-trillion rand.
But it still fell short by R700 million, from its estimate for the 2017/18 financial year. It is, however, R72 billion up from the previous financial year. Acting SARS Commissioner, Mark Kingon joins us for more.
