I'm not normally one to get philosophical about this blog, but this is a story you need to watch.
Bill Gates is quoted as saying 'Success is a lousy teacher', Karl's story illustrates it brilliantly, but it also shows that failure is a vital step on the road back to the top. To paraphrase The Frames "...sometimes you've got to fall, just to remember how far from the bottom you are."
It's longer that the usual 2 minutes, but well worth the watch.
