The twin screw extruder line is for PLA and PBAT biodegradable materials production. The the completet compounding line is composed of volumetric feeder, twin screw extruder, water cooling bath with belt conveyer, air cooling conveyer, pelletizer, vibrator, control cabinet. It is a high torque twin screw extruder for PBAT and PLA compounding. The rotation speed is 400rpm to have enough torque for the compounds. A Erupean safety clutch is used for this high torque twin screw extruder, giving perfect safety protection for the screw and gearbox as well as the extruder motor.
