New parts arrived for our Suzuki DR650 motorcycles! All balls wheel bearings and seal kit, Acerbis plastic off road skid plate, NGK CR10E spark plugs (we found out that the previous owner had the wrong spark plugs installed, front sprocket (JTF438.15) and rear sprocket (JTF822.44). In this video we replaced wheel bearings, removed old chain, cleaned and re-greased rear caliper, installed rear brake pads, reinstalled tire.
Front wheel bearings 6003-2RS (x2)
Rear wheel bearings 6204-2RS (x2)
Sprocket carrier bearing 6205-2RS (x1)
NOTE: For bearing install, refer to the service manual.
Front wheel 5-3 CHASSIS "First install the wheel bearing for left side".
Rear wheel 5-31 CHASSIS "First install the bearing for right side. Seal side of bearing goes toward outside."
