We start new video series about making coffee and recipes from the game “My café: Recipes and Stories". Roman and Kate, professional baristas from the JS Barista Training Center team will acquaint us with main types of coffee and will teach how to make coffee and make best coffee recipes.


In this video you will learn how to cook black coffee in cezve, East coffee, or Turkish coffee on sand in other words.
The steps are:
1. Take extra fine grind Arabica
2. Add some sugar and spices in cezve (we add cardamom and cinnamon)
3. Pour warm water (90F)
4. Put the cezve on sand and rotate it. If you make coffee on the stove, cezve should be kept at a small distance from the heat.
5. You should wait until foam rises in cezve
6. Remove the coffee pot from sand and pour into a warm cup
7. Wait a few minutes until the coffee brews
