You can change the courier assigned to your order within an hour after you’ve checked out or before the seller arranges your order for pick up (whichever comes first), and if your seller has other couriers assigned that can service your delivery address and parcel’s dimensions.

✅️You can only change the courier once and the change is only allowed for Standard Options only.
✅️Please refrain from changing couriers of bulky orders. This may lead to failed or canceled orders since the new courier may not support its dimensions. Learn more about Courier Dimensions.
To change the assigned courier, go to Me tab, select the order, CHANGE, choose the shipping channel available, Confirm.
If you receive an error prompt, this could be due to the following scenarios:
1. You already changed the shipping option. Please note that you can only change the shipping option once.
2. If there is only one courier assigned to the Seller’s shop, you will not be able to change the courier because there is no other shipping courier that can deliver your order.
3. If the seller has already arranged the shipment, the courier cannot be edited anymore.
4. If it has been more than 1 hour after an order has been placed, the courier can't be edited because it is already beyond the 1-hour cut-off.
