Deputy President William Ruto says the Jubilee administration is ready to work with religious leaders in order to bring positive change to the public. Ruto who spoke at the ordination of Bishop Joseph Obanyi Sagwe to head Kakamega Roman Catholic Diocese told public servants to toe the line and stop misuse of public funds or they will be fired and surcharged for fleecing public coffers.
