I made this video using the 30fps burst function on the Nikon 1 V1. The camera takes a maximum of 30 RAW pictures at 4k in 1 second (10fps and 60fps also available). I then developed the files in Dxo Photolab and exported them as tiff images. I opened each tiff burst from Premiere as a sequence and conformed them to 25fps.
And that's it, 4k raw video on a $300 camera. Quite limited use though. And longer workflow too.
