This recipe I have taken from famous Thakurbarir Ranna book. It's a simple vegetarian dish without any spice. Cooked with summer vegetables. It's very healthy and easy to cook.
Ingredients –
Potato - 1
Sweet Potato – 1
Pointed Gourd – 3
Ridge Gourd – 2
Pumpkin – small piece
Oil – 2tbsp
Green chilli – 4
Nigella seeds – 2tsp
Salt to taste
Sugar- 1tsp
Milk – 2tbsp
Ghee – 1/2tsp
