Recorded 11/29/18. I feed my cichlid frys a variety of diets. Everyday, I feed twice a day with Hikari Cichild Excel, Northfin Cichlid Formula and Omega One Super Color Flakes. I try to save my New Life Spectrum for my dominant male Venustus because he is a picky eater.
