Ingredients:
1. Eggplant
2. Salt
3. Mustard Oil
4. Chopped onions
5. Garlic paste
6. Ginger paste
7. Chopped green chilli
8. Minced Chicken
9. Chopped tomatoes
10. Cumin powder
11. Coriander powder
12. Kashmiri red chilli powder
13. Garam masala powder
14. Chopped coriander leaves




Procedure:
Step1. Preparing the eggplants
Coat the eggplants with salt and keep for 30 minutes

Step2. Frying the eggplants
Fry the eggplants on medium flame until properly done

Step3. Prepare the stuffing
Add mustard oil, add chopped onions, garlic paste, ginger paste, chopped green chilli and cook until raw smell of ginger-garlic goes away. Add minced chicken, chopped tomatoes, 1 tsp cumin powder,1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder, 1 tsp garam masala powder, 1 tsp salt and chopped coriander leaves

Step4. Stuffing the eggplants
Let the eggplants cool down completely and then fill with the stuffing
Place a tomato slice and a green chilli on top


Step5. Grill in microwave oven
Grill @ 360 degree for 30 minutes
