Las Sierras del Desierto & La Fuente de la palmera I - Colonial townhouses

The townhouses, like the apartments, are designed to have the classic colonial feel of the houses built by local families with their new wealth from the silver mining boom in Villaricos during the 19th century in the centre of the historic town of Cuevas del Almanzora. They have wooden and iron verandas and balconies and a wealth of attractive external detail. These 21st century town-houses are often set around courtyards, but some front the golf.

The townhouses have a living area of 88 up to 94 m² and will have a spacious living- and dining room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen (including granite worktops, oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer and washing machine), toilet and terrace on the ground floor and on the first floor are 2 bedrooms with balcony & fitted mirrored wardrobes, of which 1 bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bath and shower, and 1 bathroom with shower.
