Humane Society International Africa's Dr Audrey Delsink says the 30 elephants who escaped from a private game reserve in KwaZulu-Natal have been roaming around for about six to eight years now. Delsink says they have provided solutions to the KZN Wildlife on how to manage the situation, which have not been implemented so far.
