This video is a simple 4-piece movement flow warm up, the kind we use before all our classes at the gym. We'll go through 2 rounds with some time at the end for extra wrist and shoulder work.
This is a great movement-based general warm up to check-in with the body before your workout or to give yourself a little movement break in your busy day.
