Serves 5-6
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Doodh (Milk) 1 litre
-Ghee 1 & ½ tbs
-Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 3-4
-Sawaiyan (Vermicelli) 50g
-Khopra (Desiccated coconut) ¼ Cup
-Kishmish (Raisins) 2 tbs
-Kaju (Cashew nuts) sliced 18-20
-Badam (Almonds) sliced 18-20
-Sugar 1/3 Cup or to taste
-Kewra water ½ tbs
-Cream ½ Cup (room temperature)
Directions:
-In a saucepan,add milk,bring it to boil & set aside.
-In a wok,add ghee & let it melt.
-Add green cardamom & mix.
-Add vermicelli,mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
-Add desiccated coconut,raisins,cashew nuts,almonds,sugar,mix well & cook for 4-5 minutes.
-Now add boiled milk,mix well & cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes,cover & cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Turn off the flame,add kewra and mix well.
-Bring it to room temperature.
-Add cream and mix well.
-Garnish with mixed nuts & serve!

Ajza:
-Doodh (Milk) 1 litre

Directions:
-Saucepan mein doodh dal ker ubal lein & side per rakh dein.
-Karahi mein ghee dal ker melt ker lein.
-Hari elaichi dal ker mix karein.
-Sawaiyan dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minute kliya paka lein.
-Khopra,kishmish,kaju,badam aur cheeni dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Ab boiled doodh dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 2-3 minute kliya paka lein.
-Chulha bund ker dein aur kewra water dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Room temperature per la ayein.
-Cream dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Mixed nuts sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
