Ingredients:
Dough:
2/5 cup (100 ml) warm milk
2/5 cup (100 ml) warm water
15 g / 0.03 lbs fresh yeast
60 g / 0.13 lbs sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 whole egg and 1 egg white
20 g / 0.04 lbs melted butter
2 2/3 cups (400-420 g) all-purpose flour
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Filling:
Pumpkin jam
Glazing:
Mix 1 yolk with 1 tsp of water
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 15-20 minutes. Note that baking time may vary depending on the oven being used.
