Semi Slap Full Cast Net 2013 Happy Bait Mullet Run. Fort Lauderdale Florida municipal beach. Fishing is not permitted when the lifeguards are on duty so that means you have to wait for the afternoon session to throw a cast net or fish with a rod and reel. The policy kinda sucks but it is what it is. This was an afternoon session.
