Today we are making steamed also known as Idombolo, ujeke, umkhupha, isonka Samanzi, I usually serve my steam bread with beef or chicken stew and some veggies.


Ingredients
3 and half cup - flour
3 tablespoon - Sugar
1/2 teaspoon - Salt
1 teaspoon - dry instant yeast
2 carrots
Water Luke warm
